Return Policies

Our return and exchange policy is divided into two product categories: (A) Vodka Soda Beverages and (B) Merchandise

A. FOR VODKA SODA BEVERAGE PRODUCTS

1. Timeframe

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt if the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during transportation.

2. Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange

  • Products broken, dented, or leaking during delivery.
  • Products with quality issues: changes in color, smell, or taste before the expiry date.
  • Incorrect types, quantities or models delivered compared to the order.
  • Products must include all accompanying gifts/promotional items (if any).

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Products that have been opened, used, or no longer have intact seals/labels.
  • Products expired due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., stored at high temperatures, exposed to direct sunlight).
  • Issues outside of those listed in Section 2.
  • Requests due to personal reasons (“don’t like it,” “ordered by mistake”).

4. Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Customers are required to provide photos/videos showing the defective condition of the product along with the order information.
  • Products must remain in original packaging with seals, labels, and gifts (if applicable).

5. Process

  1. Within 7 days of receiving the order, contact Wildside Customer Support via hotline 0788 974 598 or email bff@drinkwildside.com with photos/videos clearly showing the product defect.
  2. Wildside will verify the product condition and notify the result.
  3. If the customer’s request is valid and approved, the customer must return the product in its original packaging with all relevant documents to the warehouse address provided by Wildside, or hand it over to the courier service arranged by Wildside.
  4. After receiving and verifying, Wildside will send a replacement product or issue a refund within 7 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is Wildside’s responsibility (manufacturing, shipping, wrong item), Wildside covers shipping costs.
  • If the request is due to personal preference, customers bear shipping costs and any price difference (if applicable).

7. Important Note

According to regulations on alcoholic beverages, Wildside does not accept returns/exchanges due to personal reasons. Wildside guarantees that all Vodka Soda products are manufactured and distributed under food safety standards with full labeling.


B. FOR MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS

 

1. Timeframe

Customers may return or exchange products free of charge within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Wildside will not provide support.

2. Eligible Cases

  • Products remain intact with tags, unwashed, unused, and show no signs of external damage.
  • Incorrect types, quantities or models delivered compared to the order. Applies to items such as T-shirts, Caps, Keychains, Badge/Patch Collections.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Products used, washed, or damaged due to customer fault.
  • Products missing original tags/labels.
  • Requests made beyond the 30-day period.

4. Conditions

  • Customers must provide the invoice/delivery note or order information for verification.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition.
  • The product must not have been used, washed, treated, or subjected to any actions that may compromise their original condition upon receipt.

5. Process

  1. Contact Wildside Customer Support via hotline 0788 974 598 or email bff@drinkwildside.com to register for return/exchange and provide order details.
  2. Pack the product with invoice/delivery note and send it to the warehouse address provided by Wildside, or hand it over to the courier service arranged by Wildside.
  3. Wildside will inspect and verify the product condition.
  4. Once approved, Wildside will send a replacement or issue a refund within 7 business days.

6. Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • If the product issue is Wildside’s responsibility (manufacturing, printing, wrong model/size), Wildside covers shipping costs.
  • Customers may choose to exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference if any).
  • Refunds will be processed at 100% within 7 business days after confirmation.

7. Important Note

  • For small accessories such as keychains, badges, patches: please check upon delivery. If a defect is found, notify within 7 days for a free replacement.
